For Sports and Remedial Massage treatments we have a short consultation to find out what complaints or issues you may have and what you are looking to gain from your treatment. I do an assessment of your posture, range of movement, muscle tightness etc. I then perform specialist massage treatments with the aim of conditioning the muscles, relieving areas of tension and adhesions on the muscles. This treatment also relaxes the muscles that have been affected by posture, stress, or physical exercise.  I support the Sports and Remedial Massage techniques with the use of hot stones where I feel that the application of localised heat will assist the treatment. I will concentrate on those areas where we feel most benefit can be achieved. My clients tell me that they feel great benefit both with specific problems and keeping their muscles in good shape.

Of course if you are looking for a way of relaxing and getting away from the stresses of life, then a Hot Stones Treatment is for you. Let those stones melt away tension, and feel your mind and body enjoy calmness and peace. Go away renewed for the week ahead.
